From check-in and pets to pool details and quiet hours, we’ve gathered the most important information here so you know exactly what to expect before arriving at The Luxe Retreat.

During Your Stay

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Outdoor activity and noise must be kept to a minimum during these hours. The Luxe Retreat is located in a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay.

Is outdoor music allowed?

Yes, at low volume and within the following guidelines: - No amplified outdoor sound or DJ equipment at any time. - Small personal Bluetooth speakers may be used outdoors at low volume. - All outdoor music must stop completely by 10:00 PM. Repeated noise complaints may result in removal from the property without refund.

Are parties or events allowed?

No. The Luxe Retreat is designed for vacations, family gatherings, friend trips, retreats, and time together—not parties or disruptive events. Please respect our neighbors and keep all activity within the property's occupancy and noise requirements.

Is daily cleaning included?

Daily housekeeping is not included. A departure cleaning is included as part of your stay. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for $125. Please contact us in advance if you'd like to schedule additional cleaning during your stay.

What happens if something goes wrong during our stay?

Please message us. We're happy to give guests space to enjoy the home, but we're also available when you need us. If something isn't working properly, you have a question about the house, or you need help during your stay, please let us know. We'd much rather have the opportunity to address an issue while you're there.

Safety & Neighborhood Courtesy

Are there security cameras?

Yes. Exterior video security cameras monitor primary entrances for safety and property protection. There are no interior security cameras. Exterior cameras are disclosed in the property's Health & Safety information.

What should guests know about using the amenities safely?

As with any home offering a pool, hot tub, yard, stairs, games, and recreational amenities, their use involves inherent risks. Guests are responsible for using the property and its amenities appropriately and for supervising members of their group. Extra care should be taken by: - Children - Pregnant guests - Guests with medical conditions - Anyone who has consumed alcohol or other substances that could impair judgment Guests should only use amenities when they can do so safely and should consult their healthcare provider regarding individual medical concerns.

What are the most important house rules?

Enjoy the house, make yourselves comfortable, and treat it like a home. Above all: - Maximum occupancy is 18 guests. - Only registered guests may stay overnight. - No parties or disruptive events. - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. - No amplified outdoor music or DJ equipment. - Outdoor music must end by 10:00 PM. - Respect neighboring homes and property. - Follow parking requirements. - Supervise children around the pool and hot tub. - Let us know promptly if something needs attention. Our goal isn't to fill your stay with rules. These guidelines help us provide a great experience for our guests while being good neighbors in the community.
