For 16 in the main living room for when the outdoor patio might be a bit too chilly.

Take a relaxing bath in the master bedroom. This bath is en suite in a master bedroom on the top floor.

Upstairs bedroom down the hall from the master bedroom with access to a bathroom right outside the hallway. This bedroom faces the street and has blackout curtains for maximum relaxation.

The Luxe Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests, dogs are welcome with prior notice, and quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

The outdoor pool is seasonal and subject to weather and operating conditions. The hot tub is generally available year-round.

This place is set up perfectly for a large crowd, enough large tables and plenty of chairs. 2 large living rooms that were perfect for multiple age groups, one with games and the other with enough seating for visiting. The pool and hot tub were set at perfect temperatures. There was plenty of towels. I’m giving this place a 5 star because it met all of our needs as was listed, was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. I will add that the home is older and has some wear that the pictures did not depict as well but it in no way deterred from our stay. The host was excellent and very receptive and friendly. I would stay again.

Had a group of 13 woman stay this past weekend. There was lots of room to spread out, beds were comfortable and Edward was/is super helpful and responsive. The small issues we had were taken care of promptly. My group had a wonderful time and I would recommend this property for any large group!

Edward and his cleaning staff went above and beyond. We were able to check in early. The house was immaculate and just as described. Our family plans to meet there once a yearonce a year. Next time for several days longer.

Edwin was very responsive any time we had questions. The house is well located. We did everything from stadium and factory tours to hiking in Rocky Mountain NP and Garden of the Gods. The pool was clean with partial canopies, allowing for sun or shade based on your desires. The indoor hot tub allowed us to be in the water even during rain outside. There are multiple large tables where our entire group of 15 (9 adults and 6 children) could eat together comfortably. We would definitely recommend this home and our host.
