Lark + Pine was created around a simple idea: give groups a beautiful, comfortable place to slow down, spread out and actually enjoy being together.
HOW IT STARTED
More than a place to sleep.
We wanted to create the kind of place we'd choose for our own trips—a home where the house itself becomes part of the experience.
A place where everyone can fit around the table. Where kids and adults can disappear into the game room. Where afternoons turn into pool days, evenings end around the fire, and nobody has to rush off because there's plenty to do right at home.
That's what Lark + Pine is meant to be: a comfortable Colorado home base built for the moments that happen between the plans.

Lark + Pine
A little playful, a little grounded—and unmistakably Colorado.
“Pine” speaks to the landscape we love and the Colorado setting our guests come here to experience. “Lark” brings the lighter side: getting away, trying something new, staying up too late and making a trip out of being together.
Together, they capture what we want a stay here to feel like: relaxed, memorable and just a little bit adventurous.
